uper rare and only available in very limited supplies, Ka'u Coffee Peaberry is the cream of the crop for Hawaiian coffees. Normally the fruit ("cherry") of the coffee plant contains two seeds ("beans") that develop with flattened facing sides, but sometimes only one of the two seeds is fertilized, and only a small, single, rounded pea shaped coffee seed develops.
