Our farm fresh herbs salt is a delicious blend of dried rosemary, thyme, sage and Italian parsley with 100% pure Hawaiian sea salt, hand harvested on our own salt farm on Hawai'i island from pristine deep ocean waters. We draw water up from 2,200 feet below the surface of the seas off od Kona and use the heat of the sun to evaporate the water. This salt goes well with so many foods!
