Our salt is the only salt in the world drawn from Kona's pristine 900 year old, 2,200 FT. deep ocean water. It is solar-evaporated and hand-harvested by out salt maker at our salt farm on Hawai'i Island for the optimal mild taste and mineral balance. This blend of Hawai'i grown Rosemary and lemon zest works wonders on grilled fish, chicken and lamb.
