Captain George Vancouver brought the first oranges to Hawai'i in 1792 as a gift for Kamehameha The Great. Ka'u oranges are famous locally for their natural appearance, sweet fruit and zesty oils in the peel. We've added a bit of lemon zest to our concoction to help bring these sunny flavors to the table. Bright and cherry the salt is great on salads, pasta, seafoods, chicken and pork.
